Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Natural Kore Laboratories! All orders are subject to the following shipping policy.
1. Order Processing Time
- Processing window: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
- Exclusions: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.
- Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure compliant and reliable delivery of our products.

Delivery estimates do not include the 1–3 day internal processing window. Postal service delays may occasionally occur due to weather or peak seasonal volumes.
3. Discrete Packaging Policy
We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in discrete boxes with absolutely no branding, logos, or references to CBD on the outside of the package.
- Return Address: Your package will feature a standard P.O. Box return address under the generic sender name “NKL”.
4. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your label is printed.
- Tracking details generally update on the USPS Tracking Portal within 24 hours.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Only: We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally or out of the country.
- P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: Because we use USPS, we proudly ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged items: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and keep all packaging. Contact us at ContactUs@NaturalKore.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
- Lost or stolen items: Natural Kore Laboratories is not responsible for packages once tracking confirms successful delivery to your provided address. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please open a service request or claim directly via the USPS Help Center.
